Supporting Rural & Remote Mental Health

Pyrenees Hideout proudly supports Rural & Remote Mental Health to help tackle isolation and depression in regional areas.

There’s a mental health gap between major cities and the regions, and RRMH is changing that. With programs delivered in rural communities, their grassroots approach empowers people in small isolated or under-served communities to do what they do best: look out for each other. Rural Minds is designed by and for people living and working in rural and remote Australia. It focuses on prevention, education and awareness of mental illness and suicide while giving people the understanding and confidence to look after their mental health.

Visit www.rrmh.com.au for more information.

Supported by the Victorian Government through Music Victoria’s Live Music for Flood Recovery Program.
