A fun day out for all to enjoy.

Make the most out of your day and ditch the driving. Shuttle Bus services will be running from key regional centres to ensure safe passage to and from the event.

Shuttle Buses

Shuttle buses are confirmed to be running from the below locations:

Routes:

Ballarat to Beaufort (return):

Departing 11:20 from Ballarat departing Ballarat from Doveton St North besides the Civic Centre to arrive at Pyrenees Hideout Festival at 12:00.

Avoca to Beaufort (return):

Departing 11:10 from the Avoca Post Office, with a quick stop at the Avoca Caravan Park departing at 11:20 then onto Beaufort to arrive at Pyrenees Hideout Festival at 12:00.

Maryborough, Clunes to Beaufort (return):

Departing Maryborough at 10:45am from the Clarendon St Carpark onto Clunes. Departing Clunes Town Hall at 11:20 to arrive at Pyrenees Hideout Festival at 12:00.

Ararat to Beaufort (return):

Departing Ararat Post office at 11:15am to arrive at Pyrenees Hideout Festival at 12:00.

Evening Departure:

All buses will depart the event at 10:00pm. Members of staff will be available at the events exit to show you to your buses pick up location.

Ensure you are running on time to avoid missing your bus! We will not be able to collect you should you miss these time.

Seats are still available on all routes, but make sure you get in quick to avoid disappointment.

  • Bus routes and destinations are subject to change depending on demand and availability.
  • Shuttle departure and arrival times are guides and may be subject to delays outside of our control.
  • While using bus services patrons must act in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times.
  • Strictly no drinking or alcohol permitted on board. 
  • No glass permitted on board.
  • Drunk or disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated during bus travel.
  • Passengers under the influence or clearly intoxicated may be refused entry.  

Accommodation & Camping

Coming to Pyrenees Hideout Festival? Make a weekend of it and stay in town! 

Travelling to Pyrenees Hideout Festival and need somewhere to stay? We have been working closely with the Pyrenees Shire Council on opening up additional accommodation options close to the event. 

We are pleased to announce that details are now confirmed we have the following options available.

  • Beaufort:
    2 nights – Friday, 10 February & Saturday, 11 February
    (Please note, these are the only nights available and additional nights are not possible)
    Walking distance into town for supplies/meals and a short walk to the festival.
  • Trawalla Hall:
    A short 5 minute drive into Beaufort.
